CANHelp serves as the Northeast Region Area Information Center for the 2-1-1 Texas Network.  Though we occasionally take 2-1-1 calls from all over the state of Texas, our AIC primarily serves callers and agencies in Bowie, Cass, Morris, Red River, Titus, Franklin, Hopkins, Delta and Lamar counties.  Our three full time call specialists answer between 25,000 and 30,000 phone calls each year from people needing infomation about resources in their area.  On the map below, you can see a map of all the different regions in the 2-1-1 Texas network.  You can click on the map to be redirected to 2-1-1 Texas' website to search for resources in your area.
